Our employees are the most important element of our success. Maestrani promotes a cooperative style of management. This is most evident in our project- and performance-oriented thinking, which differs from the typical hierarchy. Our employees are encouraged to play an active role in new and existing projects. Tasks, responsibility and competence are delegated to the lowest possible level. In this way, we both challenge and support our employees.
We offer varied, challenging work. You will always be supported by well-trained supervisors. The company is big enough to let you experience the different sides of the job, but small enough for everyone to know one another by name. This makes us the perfect training provider.
Hardly any other career includes such a wide range of responsibilities as that of a business administrator. Commercial staff at Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen AG work in a variety of areas. The recruitment process for the apprenticeship always starts in the spring/summer of the previous year. The application process begins with the submission of your application. Taster days are possible only during the application process combined with the initial interview. Here you will find out a lot about the wide-ranging work as a business administrator. You will also get to know our apprentices, practical and in-house instructors in person. After the taster days have been completed, our in-house instructors will select the applicants who will be offered an apprenticeship.
During a three-day trial apprenticeship, you will learn about the secrets of chocolate manufacturing and processing on our various production lines. You will find out about the different stages involved, your new job and the required quality checks. You will also get to know our trainees and employees. At the end of the trial apprenticeships, apprentices are selected by our trainers.
